- The GQ45 steel bar cutting machine is produced according to the JG/T5085--1996 standard. It is suitable for ordinary carbon steel, hot-rolled round steel and rebar in various reinforced concrete in construction projects. It can also cut flat steel, square steel and angle steel. This machine has the following advantages:
- 1. Small size, light weight, compact structure, strong and reliable.
- 2. Good lubrication performance: It adopts a box-type closed structure, and the gears are splash-lubricated. It can be used for more than one month of continuous operation with sequential refueling. (The oil level should not be lower than the oil mark so that the machine is always in a good lubrication state)
- 3. Less functional loss: Due to the improvement of lubrication conditions, the gear shaft end uses a rolling bearing, which has low resistance. Compared with the same type of cutting machine, the power can be reduced by one-third under the same load.
- 4. Easy to move: front wheel steering, flexible and easy to maintain.
